Crispy Chicken Breast Schnitzel

There’s not much better than a freshly fried, crispy chicken cutlet. A childhood favorite of Chef Chris, he decided to mash up the Italian-style cutlet he grew up with and a German classic, schnitzel. He pairs thin, crispy chicken cutlets with the traditional accompaniments: a zesty red cabbage salad and homemade applesauce, as well as Dijon mustard-infused mashed potatoes. This meal is truly awesome and guaranteed to satisfy the whole family!
