This dish was inspired by Chef Garces' trips to Cuba. Traditionally made with beef, Chef swaps in chicken, cooked low and slow in a delicious, spiced tomato sauce until pulling-apart tender. Slowly simmered black beans, bright salsa verde, Cotija cheese, and cilantro are all the classic taco accompaniments that make each and every bite the perfect bite!
