A plant based meal that provides nutrients and flavor, the caramelized delicata offering a velvety bed for the grain, mushroom and red onion roast. Top the party with some garlicky cashew basil sauce with added hemp seeds for protein. Quinoa, lentils and nuts are sprouted to aid in digestion, and combined to provide a complete protein. The greens provide fiber along with an array of nutrients and the basil takes us through a summer memory into a hopeful and dreamy fall. Enjoy!
