Fable is not your regular plant-based meat—it's so much more. Made from shiitake mushrooms, Fable is packed with naturally meaty texture and rich umami flavor that is deeply satisfying. Chef Einat takes Fable's signature slow braised, meaty shiitake mushrooms and transforms them into a Middle Eastern staple with her unique shawarma spice blend. The shawarma is served up alongside creamy cannellini beans hummus, tangy pickled cabbage, and marinated chickpeas for a one-of-a-kind-vegan meal that will transport your tastebuds to the streets of the Middle East.
