Sometimes simple is best! Tender broccoli florets are roasted on high heat until crispy and crunchy with lots of garlic for great flavor. This broccoli is truly the perfect side kick to any protein or pasta, whether at dinner or lunch; it's flavorful and healthy, but won't steal the spotlight.

Chris presently works privately for clients and caterers in the NYC and Hudson Valley areas. Residing both in the Hudson Valley area and Brooklyn, he has developed a strong appreciation for food in its simplest, most organic form and hands-on knowledge from the local farmers and purveyors who are growing it.
First time getting a side dish vegetable and I'm glad i did. I add a little of this tasty broccoli to every meal.

a bit tough. maybe over cooked a bit before packaging. first time broild with a bit of evoo. second time sprinkled some water tn the pan but i could have made this item just as fast and for MUCH cheaper

the broccoli is very hard to chew. I’ve had it several times and its always the. same issue. um not going ti get ir anymore. Maybe just crowns
