This... was... AMAZING! The carrot puree tasted like a carrot souffle. So rich, buttery and creamy, but not overkill. The chicken was grilled perfectly and the mushrooms added a nice earthiness. Although the carrot puree was decadent (IMHO), it did not leave me feeling weighed down. I had lots of energy after eating it. I have ordered it again in this week's delivery.
