There's not much better than a buttery fillet of perfectly grilled salmon, and it's certainly the star of this dish. Paired with a simple salad of shredded kale, wedges of ripe tomato, and a tangy lemon-garlic dressing, this dish is as delicious as it is nourishing! It's the ideal grab-and-go lunch or light dinner.

Salmon was dry/overcooked and it was not Kale- it was spinach.

The dressing was so thick and did not taste good. The bread crumbs mixed with the thick dressing and turned into a paste. I would not get this again.

It doesn't seem like tomatoes are a good fit for this dish and there are so many of them. I ended up just eating the salmon and green

Dressing too lemony and tomatoes were too sour. Flavor was not balanced. It was an okay meal and probably wouldn’t order again.

I felt it needed a different dressing.

Preferred meal without bread crumbs. I appreciate that they were not mixed into the salad

It's a pretty small piece of fish and the salad doesn't add a lot of volume.

Tomato’s are awful. Didn’t last too long

Salmon was perfect

Well done. Nice tender kale and yummy salmon.

Portion size and overall taste was good. Eating just kale is bland. Including a variety of veggies, instead of just kale, would improve this meal. Sauce was pudding consistency. Improve instructions
