PERFECT blend of flavors. healthy and delicious. Faro is such a hearty grain and the feta makes it full of umami. It's also very filling, I usually eat it in 2 sittings.

I loved the combination of flavors and textures in this meal. I would omit the vegan feta, if possible, as a personal preference. I love that I can divide this meal into two satisfying portions. Thank you.
