Farro brings a nutty flavor and chewy bite, forming the base of this wholesome bowl from Chef Ludo. Tender herb-roasted chicken breast meets generous hunks of feta cheese, flecked with sweet dates and toasted walnuts. Mixed with kale and green cabbage, it’s all splashed in a refreshing lemon vinaigrette to finish.
