Hot Honey Short Rib

Chef Cora’s creative short rib meal will satisfy your meat-and-potatoes cravings in a whole new way. Seared to lock in flavor, then slowly braised with red wine, the hearty beef is rich and meltingly tender. Traditional Greek Skordalia brings a garlicky element to the smooth, creamy whipped potatoes, while the sesame snap peas add contrasting crispness. Finally, Chef’s hot honey chili crunch brings an extra layer of spice to the party. It’s a captivating combination of flavors and textures that elevates any weeknight.
