Indulge in Chef Angelia's truly mouth-watering take on Korean-style grilled short ribs a.k.a. Galbi. The beef ribs are marinated to perfection in a sweet-and-savory marinade then grilled until juicy and caramelized. Paired Chef Angelia's take on Hawaiian fried rice—bursting with flavors of ginger, garlic, soy sauce, pineapple, and peas—this dish is the perfect fusion of Korean and Polynesian cuisines. Topped with a sprinkle of fresh green onions, this meal is guaranteed to leave your taste buds wanting more.
