I'm not quite sure if I like the taste of these or not, but they are very high in protein and almost negligible in fat. The other thing that bothers me about them is that they have a short shelf life I find that I have to eat them by Sunday at the latest after Thursday delivery date or they go bad on you. One batch did actually make me sick.

I don't know what happened, but I ate these after I'd had them about 4 to 5 days and they gave me terrible stomach upset. Other than that they tasted fine.
