The frittata itself was way too “heavy” and bulky. Didn’t taste like I was eating eggs. Why was the sweet potato in both the frittata and the hash so big?? While meal would have been so much better with smaller bite sized pieces of the potato. The hash was also lacking. None of the ingredients stuck together, which made it super hard to eat with the bulkiness of the frittata.
