Sometimes it's all about the sauce! This dish combines sweet onions and acidic tomatoes to create a delightfully summery tomato sauce with a little cream and just a hint of spice from red pepper flakes. It pairs perfectly with lightly charred grilled shrimp and linguine, along with some wilted kale to add color and texture.
