View ProfileChef Chris' Maryland-style crab cakes use minimal filler and let the crab be the star. Lump crab meat is delicately tossed with lemon juice, as well as a touch of mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and buttery Ritz cracker crumbs instead of breadcrumbs. The plump crab cakes are brushed with butter and baked until golden brown. They're delicious on their own, but made even better with a side of Chef's remoulade sauce and green rice pilaf, which gets its color from a little spinach.
