Big, bold flavors straight out of Puebla. Chef Andres dials up the heat with a fragrant garlic-chili rub, searing and roasting beef tenderloin until it’s smoky, tender, and juicy. Roasted sweet potatoes are served next to a zippy salsa verde loaded with tomatillos and cilantro, with a side of garlicky green beans for a fresh finish.

Very flavorful but if I could change anything it would be to add more veggies. That’s a way to add value w/o spending too much money.

Wasn’t much to the meal… just pieces of steak and mushy potatoes. The little bit of sauce was good.
