meal

This abundant mezze (AKA appetizer) platter features a vibrant mix of Middle Eastern flavors and textures to keep your palate pleased. Chef Michael hand-crafts hearty golden-fried falafel patties from ground chickpeas and fresh herbs, and pairs them with two dips—creamy hummus and smoky baba ganoush—for contrast. There are also cucumber slices for refreshing crispness, cherry tomatoes for a burst of acidity, briny Kalamata olives, toasty pita triangles, and velvet-smooth tahini sauce for rich, nutty flavor. Together, this meal makes hearty lunch, a super-satisfying dinner, or even a fun party-starter.
