Okay. First, I was contacted after placing my order and told that my blackened Cajun Swai was no longer available AFTER the deadline, so they automatically selected this new dish for me. I connected them because we placed the order within the time alloted, and I felt as though I should receive credit. I was initially sent a generic response that was off topic, being denied credit. I had to basically let them know that I was not going to be using the service anymore, and then they gave me credit. Just adding this in here as it was time consuming, and if the mistake is on their part, don't let them deny you credit! Anyway, as for the food itself, as I said it wasn't what I ordered so I'm trying to give an unbiased opinion even though I do not nor ally enjoy zucchini or couscous. Interestly enough, those were my favorite parts of this dish. I LOVE salmon, but unfortunately it was undercooked (which I've never experienced in my 34 years of life), I reheated it, and found a lovely bone about 3/4 in. In length, thick, curved and super pointy. Really glad I saw it as it would have definitely caused damage. So please be aware of bones. There wasn't any sauce on top of my fish (as shown in photo), and the Orange Zest is basically a watery concentrated shot of orange juice. No "Zest" on the dish. So, meh. If I was a fan of zucchini I would have been disappointed in the small quantity, however they tasted of zucchini. One great thing that came of this debacle is my desire to try more pearl couscous, as I found that to be the (u fortunate) highlight of this dish. It was risotto like in consistency, so if you're into that you'll probably enjoy it. Anyway, just a lot of issues for a dish I didn't even want. Good luck, and watch out for bones! Happy eating.
