Parmigiana Chicken is an Italian-American classic. The dish started as an eggplant dish in Italy and was later reimagined with chicken in the States. To make our parmigiana, we hand-bread our all-natural chicken breast cutlets and cook them until they are golden brown and finish them in the oven with tomato sauce and cheese.

Delicious! My favorite meal to order for the week. The shredded cheese falls off in transit but is easy to fix and tastes quite fresh. The rigatoni side is great, and just the right calorie count
