This dish features pasture-raised Australian lamb grilled to perfection. It is served with a red wine reduction and a creamy potato gratin spiked with parmesan reggiano and finished with a silky reduction of cabernet sauvignon. The lamb is humanely raised without antibiotics or added hormones for a clean, natural flavor and remarkable tenderness.

The flavor and texture of the chops were spot-on. Still, I think you need to include table top oven instructions and time recommendations listing for different wattage microwaves.

First time trying Cook Unity. And wow what an opening. This dish was amazing. I warmed it in the oven per chef's instructions and plated it on a plate. It looked and tasted like a delicious restaurant meal. I was really impressed and raved to all my friends about it.
