The girlfriend has a soft spot for quinoa salads; tries them whenever there's an opportunity to do so somewhere new. She said this was her favorite dish so far (of our first box) and that it tasted and felt like a restaurant meal. She compared it against factor which we just came from in saying "it's really nice not feeling like I'm eating an overpriced TV dinner." She'll get it again.

I loved the combination of flavors and textures with the salad dressing. The portion size was filling and satisfying. I love that it is a light meal.
