Rib Eye Beef Shawarma Plate

Chef Einat packs so much Middle Eastern flavor into her crave-worthy beef shawarma plate, you'll have to taste it to believe it. Juicy shawarma spice-marinated beef is braised with caramelized onions and chickpeas until super tender, then paired with green herbed sabzi rice. Accompanied by tangy pickled veggies, sumac-marinated red onions, and bright chermoula sauce, you'll savor every balanced bite of this modern Middle Eastern marvel.
