Salmon with Potato Gratin

Salmon was great as usual but the potatoes were almost raw! Had to bake them for 15 mins to make them edible

Potatoes were still raw and starchy, and the fish was easily overcooked due to the longer temperature of cooking potatoes, but either way the potatoes were raw

The dish was great, however, the potatoes in the gratin seemed undercooked. If they had been cooked properly, I would’ve scored this a 5/5.

Last time I tried this the potatoes were undercooked so this time I cooked them separately still not good

Potatoes had to be rotten, they were black in the center and absolutely disgusting, never have I tasted whatever that was when eating any kind of potato. I'm pretty mad about this.

The flavor of the cheese on the potatoes was overwhelming and the texture and firmness of the potatoes was off putting. The salmon was fine, but nothing special.
