I love shrimp scampi periodt. But was amazed how good the zoodles tasted with the sauce and cooked to the perfect tenderness. Didn't really mind they weren't real pasta noodles bc the large delicious shrimp is/are the real star here!

i didnt think this was going to be as flavorful as it was because the presenetstion was so simple but YUM! the squash noodles were yummy, the shrimp was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delish!

Fresh, tasty, light meal. Instructions didn't explain what to do with the butter. I put it on before microwaving.
