Chef Esther's world famous bulgogi—smoky, tender beef marinated in sweet and savory Korean BBQ sauce—meets chewy ramen noodles. The springy, slurp-able noodles have been stir-fried in the bulgogi sauce and are served with two kinds of kimchi: spicy, tangy Napa cabbage kimchi and mild cucumber kimchi. The kimchi is the perfect tangy, acidic element to balance out to the rich beef and noodles, so be sure to get a little kimchi in each bite. This dish is Korean BBQ in ramen form!
