This dish is made with a fillet of light tilapia coated with butter and parmesan. On the side, you'll find roasted romanesco, a close relative of cauliflower, that's simply delicious and a creamy basil aioli to tie the whole dish together. It's refined yet delectable, and also just so happens to be gluten-free!

This was so delicious! Not too heavy with the flavors, and I REALLY appreciated that the romanesco cauliflower was ALSO breaded with the Parmesan, because it made it so much easier to eat! The fish was the perfect texture as were the cauliflower too. Will be ordering again!!!
