Chef Chase's Texas sirloin steak chili is a hearty and flavorful stew with mild spiciness and just a touch of sweetness. Topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream, this dish is ideal for a cold winter night. And for an extra Texas touch, Chef Chase adds a handful of Fritos to build a classic Frito pie or crumble atop your chili. What more could you want?!
