This is a no seafood require vegan "crab" cakes. Seasoned tempah cakes mixed with breadcrumbs and cooked golden brown with fennel and tomatoes. A dallop of basil-lemon aioli for a bright and creamy note on top. Add the carrots, cabbage, and arugula to complement the "crab" cake.
