This is an Italian classic made right. It has the four basic components of perfect lasagna creamy fresh mozzarella cheese, a garlicky pesto and ricotta filling, slow oven-roasted tomatoes, and fresh lasagne noodles. No meat, no problem!

This had a strange aftertaste, to me, somewhat perfumey and bitter.
