Yia Yia’s Cumin-Spiced Turkey Meatballs

Chef Cora takes inspiration from her grandmother, transporting you to Greece with one of those hug-in-a-bowl dishes. Her tender, cumin-spiced turkey meatballs are coated in an aromatic harissa tomato sauce bursting with flavor from tons of fresh herbs and warming spices. Al dente orzo pasta tossed with creamy Feta is a perfect complement for this magical dish, while grilled mini peppers add a smoky-sweet finishing touch. Comforting and delicious, you’ll want to put this one on repeat!
