The ultimate refreshing noodles, Zaru Soba is a traditional Japanese cold noodle dish. Made from buckwheat flour, the nutty soba noodles are cooked to perfection then served chilled alongside a soy-based broth for dipping. On top, Chef Esther adds the traditional garnishes: imitation crab, shaved daikon radish, and wasabi. Whether this is a Japanese restaurant go-to for you or if you've never tried the dish before, you should definitely give her version a try!

I've wanted to try this and am thankful it was available here. I enjoyed it as much as I thought I would. Quite a filling portion.
