The tofu is baked until crispy, then tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce with ginger and garlic. It comes with organic basmati rice and crunchy broccoli for the ultimate takeout experience.

I love it!!! Hey, you could also offer a variation of this dish with chickpea tofu, also known as Burmese tofu, as an alternative to traditional soy-based tofu. It is just chickpea flour (1 cup), water (3 cups), salt ( 1 teaspoon), and optional spices. Once you make it, you can slice it in any shape and pan-fry it until golden brown. I admit making it is a bit labor intensive, but it would be refreshing to see plant based chefs offering dishes with this kind of tofu too. Just a thought.
