Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and peel back film. 3. Pour sauce on top. 4. Heat up for 10 mins or until heated through.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel back film to vent. 2. Pour sauce on top 3. Microwave for 1.5 mins.

Really yummy with gr...

Really yummy with great rich flavors. Portion size is large and very heavy. Not an every night type of meal, but a nice occasional splurge. The coconut rice is amazing - I could eat that forever.

Scrumptious! Perfect...

Scrumptious! Perfectly prepared, so flavorful, satisfying, and HEALTHY! Cod can be a bland tasteless fish if not prepared by someone with creative cooking chops. This piece was thick, tender, DELICIOUS, and perfect!

I generally stay awa...

I generally stay away from fish for home delivery, No more. The texture was perfect. The sesame bok choy was a little spicy for my personal taste, but the rice was sublime.

Loved the cod and bok choy but could do without so much rice. More bok choy and less rice would have made this perfect.
