Story of the Meal

Rich, earthy mushrooms replace meat in these all-organic veggie tacos. Chef Francesco combines shiitake, baby bella, and cremini mushrooms with mango and bell pepper to make vegetarian tacos that are bursting with flavor.

Known for the best tomatoes around the area, we enjoy their heirloom tomatoes throughout the season. Juicier, red, unperfect, flavorful tomatoes. This is how every tomato should look and taste like. We also get a lot of our seasonal veggies from Summer Wind.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and peel back film. 3. Heat up for 12 mins 4. Pour sauce on top.

This was delicious. The only reason I rated a 4 is that there was too much rice compared with the other ingredients. I would have loved more mushrooms but otherwise great!

The meal was ok. A bit spicy and I didn’t know the mango salsa was pickled. Was very heavy and had tons of rice.

Super boring. The only seasoning was salt. The mushrooms seemed like they were from a can. This dish could have been amped up with some southwestern spices or something beyond canned mushrooms and salt.
