Story of the meal

Rich, earthy mushrooms replace meat in these all-organic veggie tacos. Chef Francesco combines shiitake, baby bella, and cremini mushrooms with mango and bell pepper to make vegetarian tacos that are bursting with flavor. On the side, get an extra dose of roasted corn and butternut squash.
