Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

1. Preheat to 400F 2. Cook for 10 min or until heated through

I never had a catfish. I didn't know what "collared greens" were. Boy, I'm happy that's changed. This was delicious!

Very good meal, Catfish was on point, they need to cook the collard greens, saute collard greens are raw and chewy
