Story of the Meal

Heat a splash of coconut oil and slightly pan fried the fresh tilapia. Add the contents of asparagus with sweet potatoes and leek for healthier paleo twist of this meal.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and film. 3. Remove sauce. Do not heat up 4. Heat up for 15-20 mins 5. Pour sauce on top.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Remove sauce container. Do not heat up. 3. Microwave for 1.5-3.5 mins. 4. Remove film and pour sauce on top.

Freshness was key! So very nice, tender, perfectly and lightly seasoned. Reheated in oven as recommended and voila! Fine restaurant perfect. Asparagus was grilled and lightly crisp. Excellent.

The squash remained ...

The squash remained hard and the fish just had a bad flavor. Also, it included a little container of sauce which unfortunately did not improve things and was not mentioned in the cooking instructions.. I did not eat this meal.
