Story of the Meal

Chef Francesco prepared a heathy meal something that majority of people long for and Salmon by far is the best way to go who is a great source of important nutrients. Top with cherry tomato salsa that compliments the fish very well, as it helps down-play the taste of the fish. It is also paired up with asparagus finished roasted.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and film. 3. Remove sauce. Do not heat up 4. Heat up for 15-20 mins or until heated through. 5. Pour sauce on top.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Remove sauce container. Do not heat up. 3. Microwave for 1.5-3.5 mins. or until heated through 4. Remove film and pour sauce on top.

Just perfect! My wif...

Just perfect! My wife like lightly cooked, I microwaved for 1.50 , and it was perfect for her. I like much more cooked fish, I did 3.5, and perfect for me! Love the sauce. Glad it was in its own cup, as a first time user, I was hoping it wasn’t on the fish. You did great and made a customer out of us! Stay safe

The asparagus and th...

The asparagus and the salmon were well cooked. It was the right portion of fish and vegetables for a balanced lunch. There was too much garlic though; I know it gives flavor but this was too much and difficult to handle the rest of the day at work - even with breath freshener and teeth brushing!

I have made it a poi...

I have made it a point to try the many salmon dishes offered by Cook Unity. I set high expectations on this entree, because I typically enjoy the listed sides & ingredients (asparagus, cherry tomato, salsa flavors). But this time, I was let down. Texture & taste was bland. None of the flavors popped; not even asparagus. I would be more excited to find piquant flavors to accompany the salmon: Perhaps a bit of lemon, roasting the asparagus, and some Rosmery, lemongrass or thyme.

They all have use by...

They all have use by date one day after i've recieved them. Ya'll need to work this out. My girlfriend has had this happen twice and I will not have it happen to me. I just started this subscription and I can damn well stop it now.
