I just love fresh Cod, it is mild and flaky and it takes in all the tang of the home-made pesto. It takes in the roasted red potato perfectly

Summer Wind Farms

Satur Farms, owned by chef Eberhard Müller and his wife Paulette Satur, is dedicated to growing the finest vegetables and culinary ingredients. It began when they purchased their original farm on the North Fork of Long Island in 1997, with the intention of growing some vegetables and herbs for Chef Müller's restaurant. Colleagues in New York City asked if they might be able to buy their produce, and the farm as a business became a reality.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Heat for 10 mins or until heated through

had to take out the hot pepper flakes on the potatoes.Had to wash the carrots to get rid of the hot red pepper flakes and garlic flakes

This has the potenti...

This has the potential to be a lot better. The cod was good but there was a lot of oil in the dish. Also, my side salad showed up with about 3 pieces of wilted lettuce. I almost would have preferred them not to bother sending the side.
