Healthy scrumptious straight out from the oven, enjoy this healthy paleo salmon like a champ. Definitely one of my fave heathy recipe.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and peel back film. 3. Heat up for 10 mins or until heated through. 4. Pour sauce on top

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Microwave for 1.5 mins. 3. Peel back film. 4. Pour sauce on top.

This was really good...

This was really good and filling. The sauce was flavorful. I cooked it in the microwave according to the directions and it came out perfect.
