Story of the Meal

Scaloppine pork is one way I discovered from prepping Italian dish. The fennel salsa verde with capers complements the flavor of the lemon juice, and makes a great pair for this pork meal.

Known for the best tomatoes around the area, we enjoy their heirloom tomatoes throughout the season. Juicier, red, unperfect, flavorful tomatoes. This is how every tomato should look and taste like. We also get a lot of our seasonal veggies from Summer Wind.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and peel back film. 3. Pour sauce on top. 4. Heat up for 12 mins or until heated through.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel back film to vent. 2. Pour sauce on top 3. Microwave for 2 mins.

Very well cooked por...

Very well cooked pork, moist and not overdone. Seasoned well. Delicious. Farro was good accompaniment and very good.
