Chef Edward created veggie magic when he came up with this dish. Bursting with fresh flavor like cucumber, scallions, and dill, these quinoa cakes are complemented with an herb tabbouleh and topped with a rich tahini to keep you full without weighing you down. Known for the best tomatoes around the area, we enjoy their heirloom tomatoes throughout the season. Juicier, red, unperfect, flavorful tomatoes. This is how every tomato should look and taste like. We also get a lot of our seasonal veggies from Summer Wind.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Pour sauce on top 3. Cook for 10 min or until heated through.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Leave the container lid on 2. Cook for 1:30 min. 3. Pour the sauce on top 4. Cook for another min.

Enjoy it cold!

Absolutely delicious...

Absolutely delicious, my fiancée and I loved it. The only problem is that the next morning we were both sick! It's the only meal we ate together, so we figured it was our dinner. Something didn't sit well with us (hence the 3 stars), but otherwise we really enjoyed it.
