Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

1. Preheat to 375F. 2. Cook for 10 min or until heated through.

1. Leave the container lid on 2. Cook for 1.5 min.

Loved the seasoning/flavor and vegetables, but not the cut of meat.

Seasoning was great,...

Seasoning was great, large portion of meat but the quality of the chicken was not great. Vegetables were good, but overall VERY oily.
