Story of the Meal

Roasted shrimp sweet and tender. This is the kind of meal I could eat every day and still never grow tired of. It's simple and delicious. Did I mention it was delicious? And adding that roasted eggplant is wonderful! Enhancing the Eggplant with spices for that sharp bite and offset by the cool freshness of the mint. Don't forget the final squeeze of lemon juice, a must!

the couscous was fine and moist, the dressing/sauce it came with complemented both the shrimp and couscous and made the meal really come together. I enjoyed it and will 100% order this again!

Tastes amazing, however, the nutrition facts are misleading. I measured the ingredients and it's nowhere close to 43g of protein. At best, this is 20g of protein.
