Story of the Meal

Roasted shrimp sweet and tender. This is the kind of meal I could eat every day and still never grow tired of. It's simple and delicious. Did I mention it was delicious? And adding that roasted eggplant is wonderful! Enhancing the Eggplant with spices for that sharp bite and offset by the cool freshness of the mint. Don't forget the final squeeze of lemon juice, a must!

Known for the best tomatoes around the area, we enjoy their heirloom tomatoes throughout the season. Juicier, red, unperfect, flavorful tomatoes. This is how every tomato should look and taste like. We also get a lot of our seasonal veggies from Summer Wind.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and film. 3. Pour sauce on top. 4. Heat up for 10 mins or until heated through.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Pour sauce on top 3. Microwave for 1.5 mins.
