Story of the Meal

Poke is a fish salad. "Poke" means "to cut" Try this very delicious salmon poke bowl by Chef Andres. Together with salmon is a bed of fresh mixed avocado, quinoa, pineapple, herbs and spices all in a bowl.

We loved this dish. ...

We loved this dish. The salmon was fresh, tasted great and was well complimented by the avocado cream provided. Quinoa was done well and the vegetables accompanying the dish fresh, crisp and tasty. Really nice dish, excellent portions.

Delicious and so muc...

Delicious and so much fish! I personally didn’t love the avocado cream sauce with the dish, but there is enough flavor in the dish itself, that I didn’t even miss it
