Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

1. Preheat to 350F 2. Cook for 12 min or until heated through

The salmon and sauce were delicious. The peppers veggies underneath were not a good accompaniment.
