Story of the Meal

Salmon is seared and glaze is then put on top and berries garnished on the side is sauteed spinach.

Known for the best tomatoes around the area, we enjoy their heirloom tomatoes throughout the season. Juicier, red, unperfect, flavorful tomatoes. This is how every tomato should look and taste like. We also get a lot of our seasonal veggies from Summer Wind.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and film. 3. Heat up for 10 mins. 4. Pour sauce on top.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Microwave for 1.5 mins. 3. Remove film. 4. Pour sauce on top.

I would never think ...

I would never think to put a berry glaze on salmon, but the flavors we're complimentary. A little of the glaze goes along way. The sauteed spinach was tasty, a tiny mushy, but still good.

I really wanted to t...

I really wanted to try this combination, and it was very tasty. I think it could have used something citrusy to just bring out the berry a bit more- maybe a touch or orange or lemon? Great with the spinach.

Good piece of fish and sauce was different. Not enough spinach, so you just have like a sweet piece of fish for a meal.
