Story of the Meal

Salmon is seared and berry glaze is then put on top and on the side with chives and spinach is sautéed in olive oil.

Summer Wind Farms

Known for the best tomatoes around the area, we enjoy their heirloom tomatoes throughout the season. Juicier, red, unperfect, flavorful tomatoes. This is how every tomato should look and taste like. We also get a lot of our seasonal veggies from Summer Wind.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and film. 3. Heat up for 15-20 mins. 4. Pour sauce on top.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Microwave for 2-4 mins. 3. Remove film. 4. Pour sauce on top.

I didn't think the s...

I didn't think the sauteed spinach really suited the flavor of the berries and salmon. Also, it should be made clear that the sauce cup is not ovenproof. The instructions didn't say to remove it from the packaging. I put it in a separate foil cradle to check, and sure enough the lid melted. It was still good without the sauce, though.

I would never think ...

I would never think to put a berry glaze on salmon, but the flavors we're complimentary. A little of the glaze goes along way. The sauteed spinach was tasty, a tiny mushy, but still good.

I really wanted to try this combination, and it was very tasty. I think it could have used something citrusy to just bring out the berry a bit more- maybe a touch or orange or lemon? Great with the spinach.

Ordered 2 of these. Salmon was underseasoned on both. One had berries with fuzzy mold. Berries have short shelf lives though so we just removed the berries.
