Story of the Meal

Salmon is seasoned with salt and pepper, seared then topped with yogurt dill sauce (yogurt, lemon juice and salt) Squash is sautéed and garnished with cherry tomatoes. Red potatoes are roasted with olive oil, oregano, rosemary and fresh garlic.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and peel back film. 3. Pour sauce on top. 4. Heat up for 10 mins or until heated through.

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel back film to vent. 2. Pour sauce on top 3. Microwave for 1.5 mins.
