NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and peel back film. 3. Heat up for 10 mins 4. Pour sauce on top.

Salmon was overcooked and dry. Almost no sesame in dish. Boy choy was great.
