The perfect dish when you’re having a meat and potatoes kind of day. Chef Edward kept it straightforward with this dish: Skirt steak and potatoes with herbs. Cooked to perfection, this steak melts in your mouth, its delicious!

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and carefully peel back film. 3. Pour sauce on top. 4. Heat up 12 minutes or until heated through.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel back film to vent. 2. Pour sauce on top 3. Microwave for 2 mins.

I was expecting to be disappointed but wow the steak was tender. The carrots were tastier than I expected and I was aching for more of the potatoes. It was restaurant quality.

This was delicious! ...

This was delicious! It was a great portion (I had some leftovers) and could not believe that this meal was healthy because it was so good. I put it in the over for 10 minutes and the steak was cooked at a perfect medium rare.

The steak was very good but instead of heavy potatoes how about using brown rice or quinoa instead for a healthier mix and instead of the carrots use a green vegetable like broccoli or green beans & shallots? Thanks.
